Sale items
Some brands do not offer refund/exchange on sale items. But we are different. We still offer 7 days grace period to return the product for an exchange or even refund.
In any case, to be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused, have tags intact and in the same condition and packaging you received it.
Shipping back
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
But if the mistake is at our end, then we will bear the shipping expense.
